1. Who can request deletion

Anyone whose data we process may request its deletion: commercial contacts, client account users, and end users who exchanged messages with a business through our platform.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] including:

• Subject line: "Data deletion".
• Your name and the phone number or email associated with your interaction.
• Where applicable, the name of the business you communicated with.

Send request

3. Identity verification

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request. This protects your data against unauthorized requests.

4. What we delete

Once the request is granted, we delete:

• Your personal contact and identification data.
• Message content associated with you in our systems.
• Settings and preferences linked to your profile.

5. What we retain

We only keep what the law requires (for example, tax records) or what is necessary to defend claims, plus minimal security logs. Backups rotate within their regular cycles.

6. Timeframes

We acknowledge receipt of your request and process it within 30 calendar days at most. We will email confirmation once deletion is complete.

7. Clients with an active account

If you are a business with a platform account, closing your account entails deletion of your data as agreed and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can start the process by writing to us from your account's registered email.
