2. Data we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Commercial contact data: name, email address, phone number, and company, when you write to us or request information.
• Client account data: information about the WhatsApp Business accounts a client connects to our platform, such as phone numbers, settings, and message templates.
• Messaging content: messages and information flowing through the platform between our clients and their own end users. We process this content exclusively on behalf of, and at the direction of, the responsible client.
• Technical data: server logs, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, and usage metrics of our services, for security, operation, and improvement purposes.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to:

• Provide the services you contracted or respond to your requests.
• Operate, support, invoice, and administer the commercial relationship.
• Protect platform security and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations and orders from competent authorities.
• Where you have given consent: send you commercial communications about our services, which you may revoke at any time.

4. Processing on behalf of our clients

As a WhatsApp Business Platform tech provider, we process data associated with a client's accounts solely on behalf of, and at the instruction of, that client, to help them use the platform in accordance with Meta's terms and policies. We do not use such data for our own purposes or for the benefit of other clients.

We keep each client's data separate from every other client's, restrict internal access to personnel who need it to provide the service, and honor deletion requests submitted by clients or their end users.

5. Third parties we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share it when necessary to provide the service or comply with the law:

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and its affiliates: providers of WhatsApp Business Platform, when we operate a client's messaging.
• Infrastructure providers that support hosting and operations: Neon (PostgreSQL database), Cloudflare (object storage), and Grafana Labs (observability).
• Competent authorities, where legally required.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as the relationship with you or the responsible client exists, and thereafter only as long as necessary to meet legal obligations, handle claims, or safeguard service security. Backups are rotated within regular cycles.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, including Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you may request access to your data, its rectification, cancellation, objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent, as well as request deletion of your data.

8. How to exercise your rights and request deletion
